Teruel pork
The ‘Cerdo de Teruel’ PGI covers meat from animals reared in the province of Teruel, with specific genetics and a diet based mainly on cereals from the area. Its production, which includes rearing, slaughter and cutting, is linked to the cereal-growing tradition of Teruel.
