Aragón Alimentos in Madrid Fusión 2026
Aragón has concluded its participation at Madrid Fusión 2026 as an invited Autonomous Community, reinforcing its visibility and positioning as a reference territory for the richness of its agri-food heritage.
The Aragonese presence was articulated through 21 Aragón Alimentos exhibitors under the image “Aragón, Sabor de Verdad,” in a joint participation that, for the first time, brought together the Aragonese agri-food sector with a unified, recognizable, and coherent image.
The institutional stand was a meeting point for chefs, cooks, head sommeliers, opinion leaders, journalists, and influencers, who were able to learn first-hand about the diversity and quality of Aragón’s agri-food products.
Wines, truffle, ham, cheeses, fruits, and other representative foods were part of a showcase that conveyed a complete vision of the product, the territory, and the people who make it possible.
During the congress, the Aragón space also received visits from distinguished Aragonese figures such as Itziar Miranda, Nacho Rubio, Manuel Vilas, and Eva Armisen, who wished to accompany the Community’s presence at this international gastronomic event. The black truffle from Teruel had a prominent role with the charity auction of two specimens, which raised 15,000 euros, donated entirely to the victims of the Adamuz railway tragedy.
The program of activities included participation by top Aragonese professionals, including chefs Tonino Valiente, Cristian Palacio, and Iris Jordán, Master of Wine Fernando Mora, and pastry chef Raúl Bernal, who helped demonstrate the connection between product, gastronomy, and territorial identity.
Madrid Fusión 2026 once again confirmed its international dimension, with 1,722 congress attendees, 26,000 visitors, 224 exhibiting companies, visitors from 61 countries and more than 1,000 accredited journalists.Aragón bids farewell to Madrid Fusión 2026 with visibility, recognition, and a strengthened image as a territory of true, flavorful, and excellent foods, looking ahead to Madrid Fusión 2027.
