Organic production

Aragon is firmly committed to environmentally friendly agriculture and livestock farming. Certified organic products ensure sustainable and healthy practices, caring for both the environment and those who consume them.

Other foods

Truffles, mushrooms, vegetables, legumes, all kinds of meat products, poultry, game, cheeses and sweets accompany the best olive oils from Huesca, Zaragoza and Teruel, along with nationally and internationally recognised wines.

C´ALIAL is the quality assurance mark of the Government of Aragon.
