Cebolla Fuentes de Ebro
Geographic area
The growing area is located in the central Ebro valley, on the banks of the Ginel and Ebro rivers. This area is characterised by a steppe microclimate, with extreme aridity, wind and low rainfall, with soils high in gypsum and calcium carbonate. All this contributes to specific fertility qualities that make this onion less pungent, its distinguishing feature.
